BoastKit: sean1111, "wallet under maintenance," is just a phrase for offline wallet - no matter the reason. And for DICE it's - there is NO BLOCKCHAIN ! It's local only virtual token. You can trade it for RUR (DICE/RUR), eventually for DOGE and USD depending on market conditions
